Quick response time after calling;courteous service from techs I had a unique situation. The company worked with me to accommodate my needs esp.since I was dealing with this from afar and for the most part kept me in the loop.
Good job and explained! Serviceman did the job quickly and explained tho I didn’t quite understand why the condensation drip line needs to be upward to collect water. ???? It was left to drip the first time. I need a remedial class.

I’ve lived in south Florida most of my life. This company holds the #1 position for customer satisfaction. Products, staff, professional workers. I just had a new unit installed in June 2020 I couldn’t be more pleased. My A/C died on Sunday morning of Father’s Day weekend.
