Outstanding service. I called Cool Air USA on a Friday afternoon for emergency service as my air conditioner would not start. They said someone would be at my home that day. The service technician, Italo called 40 minutes before coming to my home. He diagnosed the problem quickly. In addition to servicing the problem he did a complete check on the entire system.
