Always great service This is my 2nd time using CoolAirUSA. Technician David C. was great. He showed up on time, explained problem and finished repair right a way. great service!!! Also billing and office stuff were great accommodating scheduling and payment that was most convenient for my client and me.
Orlando is top notch. He handled the call in no time. Orlando is attentive, knowledgeable, and professional and at the same time, friendly. He handled the service call in no time, took care of business, and checked that everything was working before he left. You can't ask for more than that.
Excellent job by my Cool Air Technician My technician took time to analyze the issue, presented me with choice to resolve. He completed the task timely and did a nice job explaining to my tenant the work done. Very Professional.

Fixing I’m hearing issue Orlando has been extremely helpful in servicing all of our equipment at our home. One of the heating unit was not working he was able to fix it very quickly very helpful in pointing out several issues that needed to be fixed.
