Customer Service Calling the 1-800 number was frustrating trying to explain to a phone receptionist why my elderly uncle's unit needed a special visit not a tune up. In the end, Eden one of the managers took out extra time to call me and work out a resolution on what they could do to help. My elderly uncle is happy and I am happy that Eden and his team still believe in excellent customer service. Thank you guys!!

Fast and Honest I called Cool Air USA on an issue that required a new A/C part. A few hours later, the part was replaced and it was under warranty, so no charge for the service call. They also took the time to review my system and make recommendations on my system's maintenance. I truly appreciate their prompt service and their concern about keeping their customers happy.
