Very good repair guy Very happy with the person that came in. Is the only one who finally told me what is the problem with the unit and the bad way it was installed. Hope you will keep sending him in case we continued needing repairs. (HOPE NOT)

Very fine job David was on time and very pleasant as he explained the conditions of the air conditioner and options to correct problems and maintain all. He was very efficient handling any changes and made sure that all warranties were set and I understood how to take care of air going forward. Very pleased with service man and Cool air company.
