Great customer see ice Daniel was wonderful. Had to reconnect a drain pipe that apparently had come lose.
Very Expensive. I trust that all work was needed. I did recommend your firm and technician David Cohen to a neighbor on our floor. She initiated a bi-annual service agreement that coincides with my dates. We will schedule service on same dates - thus one trip for your firm.

Amazing all around Over night my AC wouldn’t produce cold air. I called this company and they were able to schedule a tech within hours of my call. In fact the tech came before the expected time which was great because i was melting in my apartment. Renaud was very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Of course no one wants AC to stop working or to pay a large expense to fix it but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
