Quick and professional response I like to give great reviews to deserving service providers and Cool Air USA is deserving a a great one. Cool Air USA was professional and prompt from the initial call. I found water dripping from my ac unit and needed quick remedy to unclog a pipe. My call was answered quickly and within an hour David was dispatched to my home. I was called twice to let me know how close the truck was and it arrived earlier than expected. Excellent from start to finish Excellent customer service with calls from the office to remind customer of visit a day before and 30 min before. Explanation and quality of service performed was phenomenal ( thanks Anthony and Carl !). Best part is that my nose was not clogged for the first time in months when I woke up and my air felt cleaner! It’s only day 1 and it feels different already! Hope it stays!
