Technician was amazing and made sure I understood everything he did. The technician that was sent out to me was amazing. He walked me through everything, showed me pictures, and did not seem like he was in a rush at all and took his time. He was very professional and I felt like he was a very trustworthy individual. He even let me know that my unit had a warranty on parts due to its age- most companies would have just charged me anyways. I really appreciate the honesty and the work done today.
