Outstanding! Great response time! I called and got service the same day! Although they couldn’t get in the building, no access I the evenings, the tech said he would schedule someone the next day! They came and I was up and running in an hour! Great work!
Replaced Nest Thermostat and did the retiring. My Nest thermostat starting acting up. I had a new one replaced for free by Google Nest. A handyman installed it still same problem. Called Google Nest and was told that A 24 vol wire needed to be installed. I called CoolAir, your company, that was recommended by Google Nest. Came the next day, performed the work and now the thermostat is working perfectly. People were very courteous and professional on the phone (MICHELLE?) . Absolutely recommended.
