Just Great From the reminder call that the technician would be there, the next day, to the call from the technician Andrew, that he was on his way, (in the time stated) everything went without a hitch! He explained as he went along, showed pictures of parts installed and did not do anything that was not authorized by me. Andrew was courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. So far, so good!
Sean was courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone that needs the job done.

Very very happy Sean was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job of getting my a/c ready for the summer. the cost of the inspection, minor services and installation of a Neat thermostat was very fair. Finally an AC company that does the job right! I'm going to be quick with this review... these guys were great! I needed a new AC unit, and the process was quick and easy. Everyone, from the technicians to the office managers, were extremely nice and patient. And being in Miami, it's not often you get these kind of people and company.
