Amazing all around Over night my AC wouldn’t produce cold air. I called this company and they were able to schedule a tech within hours of my call. In fact the tech came before the expected time which was great because i was melting in my apartment. Renaud was very professional, knowledgable and efficient. Of course no one wants AC to stop working or to pay a large expense to fix it but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

knowledgeable and efficient Estimating tech gave full itemized cost estimate. Office staff set up install, handling all paperwork online and assigned a quick install date. Two techs arrived on time to install, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up before they left. Knowledgeable and efficient business. I would recommend Cool Air USA to others.

A real breath of fresh air Of the four ac companies I dealt with this season cool air was far superior. Cool bear , Home Depot and my personal go to guy could not match the competence , attention to detail , knowledge of industry, and efficiency that cool air displayed. I felt I had learned another thing about my equipment and now have peace of mind. I heard about cool air from a neighbor and he said to ask for a tech by name but Sean , my tech handled everything to my satisfaction the way the other tech did for my neighbor.

Pump Installation I have had continuous issues with my AC drainage since I moved into my Condo 5 years ago. Orlando came yesterday and installed a pump. He took the time to make sure everything was done to perfection and even corrected some errors from a previous company. I finally feel as though my AC is fixed. I highly recommend using Cool Air USA

Professional People & Company Would use them again and would recommend them to everyone. Professional service from the time I called to report my issue to the moment they left my house. Orlando B their tech was amazing and they are lucky to have him working for them at the company for the last 10 plus years. I will request him as the tech in any future service calls.
