Fantastic Service and Company! I’ve used Cool Air for a few years for maintenance on my old unit and Cool Air replaced my entire unit with a top Bosch unit this past spring -their pricing was unbeatable. Tech. was professional, expained procedures in a understandabe way , recommended services that may be needed in thhe furture. Service tech was professional in explaining the procedures he was gong to complete in layman terms. Had good eye contact when speaking to me. Also recommended services that might be needed in future. I highly recommend this company for air conditioning needs to my friends and co workers. Prices are reasonable and appointments are easy to make and are quick with service.

Drainage issue David C responded to my request for service. Drainage issue was the reason for my call David came out explained what was going on. Made recommendations that I took him up on. Explained things well. Showed me picture and video of what he would be working on before and after job was complete. Looked forward to David coming out on future visit for PM.

Excellent technician Michael B. My AC went out on a Sunday night and, although no one could come Sunday, they called me first on Monday morning. They told me between 1 - 4 and he actually called at 3pm and came. He diagnosed the issue and fixed both the initial ptoblem as well as the real issue he found after he started back up the system. He did a thorough job and was not only able to fix the unit but to clean it and get it running optimal so it was not using as much electric. Fixed efficiently! Although the service was scheduled between 11 am and 2 pm, they were unable to arrive until around 3:30. Despite this, Mike did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly and answered all of our questions. When we need a new unit we will definitely consider Cool Air, USA!
