Awesome Company!!! In a time when most service providers don't provide any (good) service, Cool Air USA is a breath of fresh air. (Ha) From the moment I sent a message through Yelp that was promptly replied to, to the SUPER helpful tech that came out I was repeatedly overly pleased with this company. Most companies on Yelp mention you get a free estimate, but they don't clarify that they only give you a free estimate if you're looking for a new HVAC unit. Great and fast service...... Would recommend to others... Our new HVAC system (9 months old) had a clogged drain line that effected the entire system, which shut down. This happened at 6PM on a Friday. I called and they had a service representative at our door by 9PM that same night. After 70 minutes the problem was resolved and our AC was pumping out nice, clean cool air again. My only recommendation to the company is to have your reps carry shoe covers when coming into homes.
