Excellent Service When my AC stop working this afternoon I called Cool Air USA. Omar, the technician came in less than 2 hours, even when the problem wasn’t the AC unit he went the extra mile to fixed. He when to Home Depot to get the part and my AC is back on. Excellent Service, A+++ 100% recommended.

Clogged Line I have had a continuously ongoing issue with drainage on my AC Unit. I live in a condo so it makes the issue even more complicated. The ac tech Anthony came to evaluate the problem. He worked tireless and the problem seemed to be solved. About 30 minutes after he left the problem occurred again (which has been normal after various companies have come to fix the problem over the past 5 years). I called Anthony and he came right back! Top Notch Knowledgeable Service Sean was very knowledgeable and professional . He was able to quickly diagnose and rectify our situation . Sean determined that there was a leak in the coil and all of the refrigerant leaked out. After we assessed the situation and looked at the costs for running the existing air-conditioning system; we decided to go forward with replacing the system with one that is more efficient. AC repair/replacement of warrantied product Sean was very helpful, courteous and patient with all of my AC questions. He helped me during a complex and frustrating AC issue. In the end, all is well for now.

Omer got the job done when others could not Beyond happy that I called Cool Air USA . Had two different tech’s come out and they could not fix problem . One wanted to charge me while they wait 1/2 hour for carrier tech support to call them back . Omer was knowledgeable and professional and fixed the problem that the others could not . I have a great dentist , and eye doctor now I have a great AC company . Reasonable prices .
