Excellent job completion David was very honest and knowledgeable on what he was doing very friendly and patient with my loud barking dogs I have. Anthony was a Life saver After a Brutal Night with No AC, I called Cool Air USA at 7: am Anthony Showed up at 9: am Sharp and had us up and running in 30 minutes. Excellent Service When my AC stop working this afternoon I called Cool Air USA. Omar, the technician came in less than 2 hours, even when the problem wasn’t the AC unit he went the extra mile to fixed. He when to Home Depot to get the part and my AC is back on. Excellent Service, A+++ 100% recommended.

Clogged Line I have had a continuously ongoing issue with drainage on my AC Unit. I live in a condo so it makes the issue even more complicated. The ac tech Anthony came to evaluate the problem. He worked tireless and the problem seemed to be solved. About 30 minutes after he left the problem occurred again (which has been normal after various companies have come to fix the problem over the past 5 years). I called Anthony and he came right back!
