Top Notch Knowledgeable Service Sean was very knowledgeable and professional . He was able to quickly diagnose and rectify our situation . Sean determined that there was a leak in the coil and all of the refrigerant leaked out. After we assessed the situation and looked at the costs for running the existing air-conditioning system; we decided to go forward with replacing the system with one that is more efficient. Omer got the job done when others could not Beyond happy that I called Cool Air USA . Had two different tech’s come out and they could not fix problem . One wanted to charge me while they wait 1/2 hour for carrier tech support to call them back . Omer was knowledgeable and professional and fixed the problem that the others could not . I have a great dentist , and eye doctor now I have a great AC company . Reasonable prices .
