OUTSTANDING Anthony R is the absolute best!!! Tremendous customer service. He went above and beyond for our ac needs. Attention to detail and expert knowledge of the system allowed him to troubleshoot and resolve all of our ac issues. In addition to being a great service technician, he is a wonderful person. Great sense of humor, friendly and extremely personable. Highly recommend Anthony and Cool Air USA!!!

Awesome Service!!! Great experience from setting up a next-day appointment with Customer Service to the actual service call. The day of the appointment, the technician called to say when he'd be arriving, which was appreciated. Service was professional and prompt. Very satisfied with the service received and would definitely recommend Cool Air USA to others.

Just Great From the reminder call that the technician would be there, the next day, to the call from the technician Andrew, that he was on his way, (in the time stated) everything went without a hitch! He explained as he went along, showed pictures of parts installed and did not do anything that was not authorized by me. Andrew was courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. So far, so good!

Excellent job!!!!! As a first time customer I was very very satisfied they showed up on time, were very professional and very courteous. they informed me of the entire process before during and after the service was performed.
