Riccardo was honest in resolving our ac issue Riccardo was the second technician to look at our clogged line and he did an excellent job and saved us time and money by installing a condensate pump using the original line. He was professional and great to work with. Hopefully our problem is resolved for a long time and we will continue to use Cool Air USA.
