Great customer experience continued! Great customer experience on both visits by the following 2-Techs at Cool Air USA, Inc.: Mike - November 11-12, 2018 Andrew - May 27, 2019. Mike and Andrew were both very professional and very proficient. Mike diagnosed our A/C problem right away as the Indoor Coil and replaced it right away under warranty since the unit was less than 2-years old at the time. Excellent service I do not remember the technicians name, but what a fabulous experience. He was knowable, courteous, and respected my situation. My service call was at 11:00pm, came home to no air conditioning, called around to see if i could get anyone out that late and found your company ready to help. The ladie that answered the phone was great. Thanks for being an outstanding company.

Excellent job completion David was very honest and knowledgeable on what he was doing very friendly and patient with my loud barking dogs I have. Anthony was a Life saver After a Brutal Night with No AC, I called Cool Air USA at 7: am Anthony Showed up at 9: am Sharp and had us up and running in 30 minutes. I highly Recommend Anthony, He is a real professional that Goes beyond expectation. He Knows what he's doing and has the Equipment to get the Job done on the spot. S
