Ricardo was excellent Ricardo arrived early, worked hard to discover the issue, determined our thermostat was bad and then helped on the phone with Nest to get us replacement unit. Couldn't have been better.

As usual great customer service from a real expert. They really educate you on the whole process. I always use CoolAir as they are extremely professional and courteous. Even though I had an old unit, the tech knew that I didn’t have the money for a whole new unit so did the best he could making my older unit run like new. Thanks again.

David Cohen for annual service visit David did a very good job of answering queries and recommended good solutions. He managed to sell me a new thermostat, nitrogen flush and sanitizing for the unit. He did that without being intrusive and pushy. Good guy, I hope you guys send him to my unit in future too. thanks.
