Tried many but your tech's seem best trained Just had another service call from your firm- my second. Both techs have seemed to be "above & beyond" the normal quality of care. i called this company for service,i just moved into my deveolpment in the late evening,the tech was very sorry he could not get in,i am in the business 25 years,the next day on a saturday,the tech was here by 10:30,he was very relaxed no pressure,he blew the drain line (i suspected that was the problem) charged me the going rate to blow the line.I highly reccommend this company for all my a/c needs i would highly recommend air cool for all my a/c needs
Arrived in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem, The problem with my air conditioner was found quickly by the tech. The price he gave us was within our range and we had him do the repair and it appears that he did a good job, Happy with the service and will recommend to friens and family and will reuse the company myself if necessary.
