We have had many problems with our air conditioning and each time we called Cool Air they were able to come out to us on the same day. We like Cool Air because each person who comes to service our air conditioning is professional and works very hard to solve the problem.

Great service and customer support I hired Cool Air USA to perform maintenance in my condo a/c while miles away in another country. Customer Support was great, very efficient and promptly attended to my needs. I had them contact my realtor who scheduled with my tenant and all went as promised. A+ response and customer service Anthony provided us fantastic service! After receiving terrible customer service from another company for 6 days, he arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call to the company, and spent 2.5 hours repairing our A/c in the most efficient manner possible. I was pleased with job done. I suggest when cleaning the air duct,it will be good if they also clean the ceiling around the air duct.i forgot to tell him. Thanks The person that came was very good.
