Today they sent me a young man, Omer. Omer was on time and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and had my air conditioning unit up and running in no time. Now, that's service. Just take in consideration that if you are a regular customer to give a discounted price because we have used your company many years. Also it would be nice to get some discount if you are a senior citizens. Very nice person that came today.
A/C Repair The serviceman, Anthony, showed to home at the scheduled time and completed the repair quickly. The entire Cool Air USA team is very professional and I recommend to completely to anyone who needs a new unit or repairs.
Prompt efficient and knowledgeable. Our service tech Xavier is courteous friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Also, the office was very patient setting up the initial appointment. Five stars to them too.
