Excellent Service The service professional was polite, smiled often, was personable, answering my questions patiently will full explanations. He was neat and clean and careful with each vent to clean and sanitize throughly and cleaned up any particles found when the vent was opened (including several small dead lizards!). I will be sure to use Cool Air USA from now on.

Great service Technician arrival could perhaps have been better anticipated, but Xavier did a nice job. They provide you with a detailed invoice, pictures of your equipment, recommendations and they are reasonably priced.
