I had a first time visit for an estimate. No service was performed but the visit went very well. I had a first time service call to get an estimate. Anthony was very polite and knowledgeable. He was patient and helpful in explaining my options and answering all of my questions. I also was pleased by the way Erica handled my conscerns in my initial phone call seeking an appointment. Outstanding Service I called Cool Air USA to schedule a routine maintenance for my air conditioner. Michael was a/c specialist who was sent to do the job. He thoroughly inspected a/c unit and explained what needs to be done. He took the time to do the maintenance and make sure everything works as expected. Michael provided an outstanding service and by far is the best specialists who ever worked on my a/c.
