David was excellent! This is my second experience with Cool Air USA & I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that I called them again. Just as the last time it was excellent experience from start to finish. David was incredibly professional, friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable and really nice. I was genuinely impressed. Old fashioned service and honesty! I waited 2 days for Anthony because he was working on a big job in another city. I could've called anyone else, but I had one service call with him about a year ago and such was the impression he made on me, that when I called two days ago and learned he wouldn't be available until today, I agreed to wait for him. Exceptional Experience from quotation to completion I rate this company exceptional because from my initial call for a quotation to replace my old A/C system until the work was approved by the County inspector, every thing was professionally accomplished. This includes a thorough inspection of my existing system by Jack and the complete installation by Yacelle and Joseph off my new system as described in the quote. I must also commend their office staff for efficiency with the paper work
