The heater doesn’t work The heater doesn’t work so we call the cool air USA. The technician name Renaud l . Came and check the thermostat which doesn’t work so he replaced us with the new one . Excellent Service Anthony was technician assigned to my air conditioning problem and had my problem fixed in no time plus took his time to explain the problem and made his recommendations for the next service to my unit, I do recommend the company since five years ago the replaced my unit and their honesty was the reason I brought my unit.
QUICK AND VERY GOOD THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DON'T TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED.
Amazingly Helpful and FAST They came out on Christmas night to help us with a broken ac unit. We have an infant and can’t have her in a hot house and without hesitation they sent someone to our home. Anthony was professional and kind and super helpful.
