Fast. efficient, Customer Service oriented This call was for an AC that went out in the heat of summer (When else?) It was urgent to have it taken care of right away. It was in a 10 story condo and there were a lot of obstacles. But Michael persevered and thanks to their service we will once again have a happy tenant who pays his rent on time.

Review for service call by Quan. I found Quan to be quite knowledgeable and apparently solved my condensation problem after my coil was installed several days before. Quan assessed the problem , took photos and shared his thoughts with home office before tackling the problem . Kudoes to Quan.

Overall excellent team. Leo did a great jorb explaining the work needed and the pro/cons of each option. Yasiel did an excellent job installing the units. Darlan did an excellent job with duct cleaning.
