Service call Jr. is a very professional and knowledgeable representative. Jr. was understanding of the issues we had with our unit even though it was a simple fix. He explained step by step what he was doing when finished. Not only was he able to assist us with our repair but he also provided advice to keep the unit in an impeccable condition. Very good technician to have visit.
