AC repair service I had an issue with my thermostat and the company sent a technician to my house a couple of hours later.. David, the technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast. He clearly explained to me what the problem was, (I also had a problem with the hard start) and showed me step by step what he was doing. He also check the freon. It's the second time in three years that I call that company, and I am very happy with their services. I highly recommend them.

Always available and efficient. Cool Air USA is great. We used them for the first time when the AC died on July 3, 2015 and everybody else was "gone for the weekend". They are always available, honest and the service technicians have been great. Omer H did a wonderful job for us today and we will continue to call them if we have future issues.

Excellent Service Cool air was able to send a rep same day, provided me a three hour window and advised that the tech would call when 30 minutes away. The tech arrived in the agreed upon window, called in advance. Tech (Jose) was very professional, explained clearly why my system was malfunctioning and fixed the problem.
