Great customer service First time using them. Great service from beginning to end. They explain everything then get busy doing a great job. Very quick will definitely return to use cool air in the future for sure! This day in age when everyone seems to take advantage. An outstanding job totally professionally done.t The job performed by A/C Technician Anthony Rocco was beyond outstanding. In a matter of hours he took our absolutely filthy air conditioner (inside and out) and practically converted it to a gleaming state of renewal and cleanliness. In addition he removed all the air ducts, fully cleaned them while attaching a large air suction machine to clean the ducts, followed by reinstalling and adjusting the ducts.

Great service and excellent work by Leo. The entire process was very efficient and far exceede my expectations. Leo, the gentleman who did the work at my home, was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that he would do and, at completion, showed me everything that he promised he would do. I have had service people over the years do work at my home but Leo was the best technician I ever encountered. He is a superb reflection of Cool Air USA. I would use your company again if needed. I am a very satisfied customer.
