I would recommend this tech Efrain. He was excellent. I bought this a/c 2012 and have spent over 3000.00 to fix it already. The tech Efrain did and excellent job but I cannot understand how Cool Air USA installed a 2 ton a/c when it should have recommended a 3 ton.Now I have spent almost as much as I paid for the unit. It seems now I may need a new unit. I am not happy about the whole situation.I have a five year contract and still have to pay 175.00 to flush a drain line.Why get a contract?
Amazing Customer Service I called Miami AC Experts/Cool Air USA this afternoon after searching for a decent AC repair service all morning. It was 85 degrees in my apt, and every other company I called needed an up front deposit over the phone and couldn't send someone out until Monday. Cool Air USA said they could send someone out same day (b/w 5-8pm) and a dx would only be $29. Service Call per warranty Michael was our service provider and he was punctual and provided the 30 minute arrival time call promised by company, he is very knowledgeable with the AC service and units. We were very pleased with his customer service! We will ask for him to always be our service person. I can't thank him enough! Our AC is only a year old and we were concerned it was having an issue and he put our minds at ease and it is now working again as it was when it was installed. Thank you to Michael and Cool Air USA!
