Painless Installation! My father was having issues with his 9 year old air conditioner and his electric bill was outrageous so we set up a few companies for quotes. Jack from Cool Air Came out and carefully examined our old system, took measurements and recommended a Rheem 3 ton unit. He offered a new system, with new concrete slab, new thermostat, and new metal stand with a water drip pan below the unit for a great price, better than the other quotes. Repair call out I called Cool Air this afternoon because my recently installed A/C wasn't working. At approximately 6.15 p.m. A service tech called Omer arrived to fix the problem. He was friendly and courteous and diligent in searching for a solution. He first thought it was the thermostat and then after inspecting the condenser and a/c unit he quickly identified other problems. Prompt & Good Service Cool Air USA had installed our AC unit for the prior homeowner and they had purchased an extended service plan. I called for the service and the person answering the phone was very friendly and helpful. I scheduled the appointment and on the day prior to the scheduled day, I received a call to confirm the appointment. I then received a call from the technician when he was a few minutes away. The technician was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Cool Air USA in the future.
Angel was great!!!!! This is my second time using there service on my rental company. The receptionist is always so helpful. since i live in a differnt county.Angle is always helpful .he suggested a turn off switch on my ac to protect overflow. Will use them again.
