Service was fast, friendly, and very professional. Michael B. was our tech and was very professional and friendly. He was great at informing us of all he was doing as he was doing the job. Would recommend Michael and Cool Air USA to everyone. Responded quickly and worked professionally.

Job was done by Lior and Orlando in a very profesional way. They were courteous and explanes celarlo the process that was about to be done. Cool aire USA seremos to be a reputable company. Lior will be sending me an estimate for two units ( 5 tons& 2 tons) . Hopefully it will be very competitive price with other companies. I thank you Lior and Orlando for a job well done.

Technician MichaelB was excellent The work completed was excellent. I'd recommend Michael any time. The scheduling was not done very well. 2 scheduled appointments had to be rescheduled due to poor scheduling and lack of knowledge to do the job. The first appointment time was missed by 2 hours, the workers said it was to dark to do the work. The 2nd appointment didn't send sufficient people to do the work. Finally Michael came and worked at night and finished the job correctly.
