Excelent service My A.C. Evaporator coils kept freezing and the unit was not cooling as expected. Was able to set up an appointment for the same day. Few hours later I met Joseph B., he was very friendly did not waste any time getting to work and finding the problem. Joe gave me great advise regarding my AC unit and gave me options on what to do in the future. Stellar Performance I had probably one of the very best experiences with a company, in this case, Cool Air USA, ever. My air conditioner which is relatively new was not blowing cool air. I realized the condenser, which is outdoors was not turning on. I called Cool Air USA indicating my problem and also to learn their financial policy. They told me they could come out the very same day and their service fee would be $49, however, if I could wait one day they would waive the service fee. I agreed to wait to one day.
