Excellent Company! So our A/C goes down on Thanksgiving morning. Cool Air USA had someone here in less than 30 minutes. The best way to fix the problem was to buy a whole new system. Great deal, excellent service, and the installers where fantastic with as much as 35 years experience. Could not be happier!

Great service friendly staff fixed my problem same day Had a problem with my ac, they came out in hours and had ac working before sunset. Would definitely recommend. Xavier was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He came in addressed the situation and fixed it in a very timely fashion.

Thorough work and examination of units Jose was on time and conducted a thorough examination of all parts of the unit in condo and the condenser. He showed me the pictures of his examination and explained everything. He worked effectively and neatly. He is an asset to the company.
