flilter needed to be put back up. Thank you for coming out and putting the filter back up for me. Took it out to wash it but had a problem putting back up. I appreciate your help. Your company "ROCKS" You are a big help to the senior community.

Awesome service and great employee (Mike) "Mike" of Cool Air USA responded quickly to my house. He very patient, and took the necessary time to properly diagnose my Freon shortage problem, attending too the different pressure levels, took out the time to cool down the outside unit by spraying water on it, monitoring everything, and filling in the appropriate amount of Freon, thus making my air conditioner work great!

Quick response to request, job handled by service person in an exoert and orofessiinal manner. all wotk explained to me accompanied by photos. AC unit working better than ever. Service man Anthony Riocco had a very professional and extremely pleasant manner I would like to commend him fir that during a very long orriid if time working on my unit.. All work completed in a professional, pleasant and timeky nanner. I commend Cool Air fir having such an excellent employee as Anthony Rocco.
