Technician MichaelB was excellent The work completed was excellent. I'd recommend Michael any time. The scheduling was not done very well. 2 scheduled appointments had to be rescheduled due to poor scheduling and lack of knowledge to do the job. The first appointment time was missed by 2 hours, the workers said it was to dark to do the work. The 2nd appointment didn't send sufficient people to do the work. Finally Michael came and worked at night and finished the job correctly.

the service was good but it was disappointing that the problem was not solved they are however keeping with the work to solve the problem and all involved have been very helpful.
