Job #208151 On Sept. 28, 2016, "Junior" came out to my house to quote me on a duct cleaning job. He was very nice and professional but, best of all, was honest and quickly gained my trust. Junior never knew this, but I had originally called Cool-Air-USA to compare to another quote I'd gotten from another company. would definitely use them again Edwin showed up before the time which is amazing and very friendly. He told me right away what was wrong and the price was reasonable. After installing motor waited to make sure all was ok. Edwin realized something was wrong and immediately replaced the motor again which was defective. The whole time he was explaining everything to me and showing me what was going on. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Great work and fast response! I called Cool Air USA because I couldn't complete installing an Ecobee thermostat. Jose was here in less than 90 minutes and did a superb job. He went above and beyond and didn't even mind me asking questions. All in all, it was as good of an experience as it could be. I'll be keeping their number handy!

Great service person I was very impressed with the service man who came to my house. I had no air conditioning. He found and fixed the problem. There was another problem with the water not draining properly. He did not leave until he was satisfied it was fixed. He was a very nice and knowledgeable young man.

Above and beyond Don't call anybody else have yet to have a bad experience. Everybody so far has been professional and the prices have been best. They are willing to diagnosi problem and tell you part number and how to fix if you think it's something you can handle doing. I get the impression they're not out for just money. Thank you for all the help. A/C 12 years old and they have kept running cold.
