Our Tech was great!! Our tech Chris was great! However I had to call when our 11-2 window was at an end and I had heard nothing about our service call. The home Office should keep customers in the loop when a service call takes too long and pushes back the service time for other customers. Waiting around for 4 hours when I could have been doing other things is a little frustrating.

I reviewed my comments Ricardo called us letting us know he would be arriving soon, came in and introduced himself. Checked all areas, AC unit in garage, outside motor, inside thermostat, determined what was needed and placed order for return the next morning. Very efficient, seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I am Never happy having to pay anything when less than 3 years old and under warranty. Was told this is labour only????

Job #208151 On Sept. 28, 2016, "Junior" came out to my house to quote me on a duct cleaning job. He was very nice and professional but, best of all, was honest and quickly gained my trust. Junior never knew this, but I had originally called Cool-Air-USA to compare to another quote I'd gotten from another company. The other company (and a few others I've seen online) seem to be all about a little bait-and-switch scam. would definitely use them again Edwin showed up before the time which is amazing and very friendly. He told me right away what was wrong and the price was reasonable. After installing motor waited to make sure all was ok. Edwin realized something was wrong and immediately replaced the motor again which was defective. The whole time he was explaining everything to me and showing me what was going on. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Great work and fast response! I called Cool Air USA because I couldn't complete installing an Ecobee thermostat. Jose was here in less than 90 minutes and did a superb job. He went above and beyond and didn't even mind me asking questions. All in all, it was as good of an experience as it could be. I'll be keeping their number handy!
