Young man very pleasant and knowledeable. Checked A/C. Made some recommendations for future. Did not try and sell me things I did not want or need.. Very polite young man. Seemed thorough and knowledgeable.

amazing company Need to call for a repair and just happen to have cool air's number. Called and from the office to the technician, I was so happy! It's nice to know their are companies with old fashion values. The technician called 30 minutes before arriving, found the issue within 10 minutes and verified his finding before replacing parts unnecessary. I can not say enough what and asset he is to cool air.

Excellent work He came right on time, worked fast and was effective. Anthony gave us great advice for the future and conducted himself as a true professional. A rare finding these days: a honest, efficient and caring service man. Anthony made the difference in an environment in which work ethics seems to be a thing of the past. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS SERVICEMAN EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE..HONEST AND FAIR.......GOOD PRICING......OFFERED EXCELLENT SERVICE CONTRACT....
