Fast, Courteous, Efficient, Professional My compliments to Daniel, who arrived on time to diagnose the problem. He first checked to see if the motor was under warranty. He had to get the part needed for the repair and returned the next dayear, as scheduled, to get the work done. He was very professional and deserves recognition for a job well done.

Outstanding Junior, the A/C repairman who responded to my service call was punctual, polite, professional and an excellent troubleshooter. He was patient while he listened for the symptoms I described to ensure he resolved the right problem, the right way. Junior was also transparent, as he let me know what he was doing and why. I now have peace of mind, confident my problem was fixed, not just patched.

5 Star Service It's not easy to find a company that is this good. This was our first experience with Cool Air, USA, but it surely won't be our last. I called in the morning, and Our Technician, Chris, came within a few hours. He was exactly on time, experienced, professional, personable, polite and pleasant. He was in and out within an hour, and solved our problem with the Friedrich wall unit completely. I highly recommend this company, and I will always try to get Chris!

Serviceman was not only extremely efficient but was a perfect gentleman The Technician called to advise me that he would arrive within 30 minutes which was in the window time frame that I was given when I made the appointment. He snaked the vent, washed the hose to the machine, tested the flow through the vent and left the area clean after getting a whole lot of lint from the vent
