The Employee Lior B. makes the difference in your company I really wants to thanks Lior B., A/C Technician, for the excellent tune-up that he perform so well in my a/c unit. He was very details, careful, honest, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He suggest others services and change the unit, without "kind" a force me to. I highly recommend Cool Air USA I have become a huge fan of this company. They took my appointment and arrived when they said they would and gave me advance notice.... twice. Great company i really enjoyed the the service i received they were very prompt and they were efficient the two techs arrived and inspected the unit and they explained that i needed to have my coils cleaned. so I went with the job and they were great quick and clean... i will recommended this cool air usa to all my family and friends

I didn’t get yet a service. I have just realized that my three years old A/C doesn’t work and I need to pay additional money to fix this problem. When the whole work will be done, I will give a good review. So far I could be satisfied with a discount, which I have received for changing important part of my A/C. Thanks for that.

Water left on The tech left my water running adjacent to the outside unit. Since my stroke I don’t walk well to allow me to see it.
