See below in review Your guys were hardworking and conscientious. The duct cleaning went well. After they left it dawned on me that i did not see that they cleaned the HVAC coil or did the nitrogen flush. The filter was mangled and left in poor condition. I will a photo if you like. Steven Caller

Anthony arrived on scehdule. Fixed the problem. The A/C package unit responded quickly after the service call. No need for us to call back as the unit is operating OK.

Orlando B is excellent, other techs were terrible Orlando B was the tech assigned on the third visit, and he did a great job and made sure all worked well and we were satisfied. The techs that came before--and could not replaced the compressor in 4 hours--were helpless. I was told by building security that the tech from the first visit urinated in the garage, although I didn't see it myself. A for Orlando, F for the others.

A/C repair Cool Air installed my new A/C unit 4 years ago and yesterday I needed service to unplug the drain in the air handler. I called them at 4:30 pm and they had a technician at my door in about an hour. Problem solved with a fair price. Better it doesn't get !

Very Professional Not only did I call on a Monday morning but got an appointment that same day. WOW impressed (or luck?). The gentlemen that came new immediately what the problem was. Didn't waste time, had the part needed in his truck to fix my air-conditioning system and was on his way.

Happy with servicw When they said they would be there at a certain time they were on time. This was in December not sure what would happen in July and August. Had Service America they are goin out of business. There service was terrible is no great loss.
