He has given me a price for repair to the existing units and I have agreed to the price quoted I have also given him a 50% down payment for materials and labor. 3rd service call of the day. Second re-do The original installation had errors. The first call back fixed one error missed from the original call. This is the second call back and the technician found that they system was not fully charged with freeon which led to the system not properly cooling the house. The third technician of the day was diligent and corrected the problem.

techs know what they are doing !!!! After 3 Air Conditioning companies tried to fix my unit and told me to junk it even after I replaced the coils , condenser and blower . Sean came out realized the issue and fixed it . No new unit , refrigerant pipes nothing . That man knows his stuff . If you want it done right the FIRST time , call Sean .

Last service too expensive I have my a/c serviced every 6 months. How is it that after 3 months after the last service the a/c got to be flushed again. It didn't even last 3 months the last flush. I believe the job was overpriced $145. I can't afford to pay $145 every 3 months.
Had a bad run pointed out by another contractor never pointed out by the original installers in June Quick service turn around, technician was wearing mask which I appreciated,only disappointed that another contractor had pointed out that there was a bad run and box -we had a new AC system put in in June and I feel it should have been caught at that time.
Solved the heating problem Service person arrived on time he phoned us on. He got to the problem and instructed me on a circuit breaker issue.
These guys take customer satisfaction seriously! I have had several problems with my AC unit that relate to the building AC system. Cool Air have been helping me for several months now working with the building management to find a solution.
