Fixing our AC leak We had called several other AC companies, waited almost a week for them to show up, when we gave up we gave you guys a call and you were on site the same day! We will be calling you for our AC needs and will recommend!
Fast and efficient They came out checked my unit and told me there was actually more damage to my unit then I thought. My unit is six years old and the warranty period is five years. However, the tech told me that if I had registered my unit my warranty would have been extended to ten years. Did not deliver as promised Was told that vent cleaning would be done same time as AC service. Vent cleaning has to be scheduled separately which is an inconvenience for my tenant. Waiting up to three hours
Rising temperature on air conditioner I do not normally write reviews, however, I can't say enough regarding the service representative, Gene, he was not only courteous he was methodical in diagnosing the problem, repairing a problem and ensuring it was fixed. I cannot say enough about his knowledge and professionalism.
Help when needed The service people from Cool Air USA did not stop all afternoon and into the night to provide me with a safe protection against further floods!
This is an experiment with the plumbing to the AC unit changed into a new configuration. The head of maintenance at the River Reach condominium says there has to be a different pattern in the run off track to drain. The service fellow disagrees and says the condo needs to flush the main drain. Time will tell as to who is correct.🤞🤞🤞

The copper tubing on my split unit needed replacing approximately 10 feet 69.00 fee to come out another 350 for replacement insane. To take five screws loose replace pipe put screws back. What a RIP off
