Last service too expensive I have my a/c serviced every 6 months. How is it that after 3 months after the last service the a/c got to be flushed again. It didn't even last 3 months the last flush. I believe the job was overpriced $145. I can't afford to pay $145 every 3 months.

Had a bad run pointed out by another contractor never pointed out by the original installers in June Quick service turn around, technician was wearing mask which I appreciated,only disappointed that another contractor had pointed out that there was a bad run and box -we had a new AC system put in in June and I feel it should have been caught at that time.

Solved the heating problem Service person arrived on time he phoned us on. He got to the problem and instructed me on a circuit breaker issue.

These guys take customer satisfaction seriously! I have had several problems with my AC unit that relate to the building AC system. Cool Air have been helping me for several months now working with the building management to find a solution. The company CEO took the time to talk to me and the building manager to explain the issues and suggest options. What else could I ask from them? Fixing our AC leak We had called several other AC companies, waited almost a week for them to show up, when we gave up we gave you guys a call and you were on site the same day! We will be calling you for our AC needs and will recommend!

Fast and efficient They came out checked my unit and told me there was actually more damage to my unit then I thought. My unit is six years old and the warranty period is five years. However, the tech told me that if I had registered my unit my warranty would have been extended to ten years. After doing the initial repair and checking the Freon level, he checked with the office to see if my unit was under warranty. Did not deliver as promised Was told that vent cleaning would be done same time as AC service. Vent cleaning has to be scheduled separately which is an inconvenience for my tenant. Waiting up to three hours

Rising temperature on air conditioner I do not normally write reviews, however, I can't say enough regarding the service representative, Gene, he was not only courteous he was methodical in diagnosing the problem, repairing a problem and ensuring it was fixed. I cannot say enough about his knowledge and professionalism.

Help when needed The service people from Cool Air USA did not stop all afternoon and into the night to provide me with a safe protection against further floods!
