See below I already wrote down I have called you many times and the service is very good. This time I was quite shocked by the price. Needed to feel cold anyway. Today I found out they with the ladder my walls are damaged. Nothing Major but still some damage. Thanks
New Plenum Thorough service call to discover plenum was poorly constructed and leaking unacceptable amount of air into attic.
I guess the customer is just plain wrong. I was told I needed a new thermostat. Based on past experience I didn’t think that was true. I had a second service person just vacuum out the ducts and magically my “broken” only one year old thermostat works just fine.
Disappointing... What a disappointing service. The technician was the polar opposite of the person who represented your company last week. I was a fan of Cool Air USA last week but after today I’d be concerned to recommend. There was no confirmation of an appointment or a time today. At 8:40 your technician showed up at my door, never clarified what he was here to do, just asked where the air conditioning unit was and started to work. Did not get the job done My ac unit failed during the weekend. I called cool air usa because they are one of those who were recommended by a palm beach magazine that i have. They came in sunday morning.. did some “service”.. put in refrigerant.. then their technician billed me “388 dollars”. My house did not get cold! Called them back again, then a field supervisor now arrived monday noon. Did some work.. he said he added more refrigerant because the previous technician used the wrong refrigerant setting. Very satisfied finally, about a on going problem that has been very costly and un resolved. Finally and hopefully, your company has figured how to deal with the problem of condenser line clog . This has been a constant hazard, and almost impossible problem to deal with. I am finally a little relieved, I hope that you realize, that this must have caused a great deal of trouble for manny of your customers, and therefore your company, will in turn get the recognition it deserves.
Totally dis satisfied I called cool because my air conditioner was not on as It turned outvthe breaker was off I threwvthe breaker and airconditioning working fine. Goodman AC After spending over $3000 in a span of 2 years, my AC was done. Cool Air gave me a discount for a 5 ton/13 seer Goodman AC unit (April 2014). $2597 after fpl rebate and I got a 3 year service agreement. I wish they would have told me that my old was done before trying to fix it, but it happened. Everything was good until June 2018, just 4 years later (still under warranty).
