I was. Dry satisfied with a service, provided by Cool air. The technician was very attentive fro he first visit. He told me that a necessary part will arrive in 2-3 weeks,but it came just after one week. The team of Coolairusa.com works very responsibly. They care about customers. Great service! Great experience from office to repair
One word Phenomenal Leo was amazing he called 30 minutes prior to coming and arrived on time. Leo was very professional and genuinely cares about his work . He diagnosed the AC unit in under 20 minutes and provided a detailed description of what was wrong, what caused it, and a solution.

Fast and great service I called to have the condensation pipes cleaned and have some routine maintenance done. They came out the same day. David was amazing, great personality and explained everything he was doing. Everting was cleaned up and tested.
They did it again!!! I LOVE Cool Air!!! They did it again! I had an issue with one of my ACs in my new home. I was so frustrated with it. Cool Air came out, examined, measured and gave me a fabulous estimate on a great new top of the line AC. They installed it and were immaculate about their work.
