The best A/C company. Long standing customer of ten years or more. Cool Air installed my 4 ton unit in 2015 and services it regularly to keep it clean and efficient. excellent service We have been clients of Cool Air USA since 2017. We are extremely pleased with the services they provide. One of our a/c stopped working last Thursday, we called in the morning and they scheduled a repair service for the same day. One of their technician, Leo, came to our home to evaluate the problem. He was punctual, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. And he fixed the a/c unit on the spot. We recommend Cool Air USA to anyone that needs a/c service. It is a dependable company.
Great service! I had a great experience with Cool Air USA! We were able to have someone at our house very quickly and he took less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. David gave great customer service and showed us what the problem was and explained how to prevent future problems! He was very thorough, considerate, and knowledgeable.
