AC Service on Sunday Cool Air USA arrived on a Sunday at 9:20 am after we determined our AC unit was not Blowing cold air Saturday at 7 pm. Technician arrived on time, assessed the situation, tested the drain line which was clogged, cleaned everything out and repositioned drain lines to provide a downhill flow. Punctual and very friendly The technician called me exactly at the hour of the appointment and did a very thorough inspection of the unit. He told me upfront the work needed, and once I approved it, he started to work. He was extremely courteous at all times. He sent me an invoice to my email with details of the work, and photos before and after the repair. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the friendly personnel on the phone and the technician. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Archie was great!!! Honestly I have had so many bad experiences. This company was very fast to make an appt. Archie called before to figure out before he got there what was the issue. He was extremely friendly, took his shoes off, was pleasant personality and he showed me the issues and also gave advice how to take care. Hands down the best experience!!
Always Professional! Great Service! We have used Cool Air since we moved into our condo, and I am so glad we found them. They are great at explaining everything that needs to be done, and are reasonable with their pricing.
