Called them and they responded very quickly. Eddie was a very informative employee. He examined my unit thoroughly and explained everything he was doing. My motor was shot, coils very dirty and my unit which is about 26 years old needs to be replaced. They will be quoting me the price of a new unit as soon as I return from vacation. Since my unit is leaking water, he explained the function of the humidifier and that I should turn knob to "away "when I leave and it will leak a little less.
Service was on time, efficient, fast, great quality,friendly, polite and knowledgeable The technician came at the agreed time and started working immediately. He explained what was wrong and after agreeing on the price started repairing the unit with new materials and very expertly.
