AC Install Jack helped with picking the right unit for my needs. He also helped with finding the right financing option. Bill and Robert of truck#73 arrived on time and worked diligently so that by 3:30 PM my house was starting to cool off- -much appreciated on a hot summer day! Crystal at the office helped with permit application and Toby was helpful with lots of paperwork. Adam made sure I got the correct digital thermostat and was installed by Kinsey. Thank you so much to the great team of professionals at Cool Air USA.

David was great and very professional. I have had 4 different visits from another company, all resulting in continuous issues. David came the same day, was early, and very respectful. He was sure to explain everything that was the issue, and ensured I understood the problem.
