Excellent service!! I don't usually write reviews when a job is just well done. But in this case, Cool Air deserves the time spent on writing this one. I have dealt with this company for over three years now. I bought a new AC unit from them and they resolved all problems related to its operation regardless of who was to blame. Professional The other morning I woke up and noticed the temperature in my apartment was different than the temperature that I set it at. I called and placed a service call. Before I knew it this gentleman arrived and started to access the situation. He flushed out the pump and we thought that was it fixed. Everything has been checked out and the problem has been resolved. I really don’t know how I can express how good this group of men and women are. I have had multiple times that I have contacted COOL AIR USA and they have completed the work every time with great results. They have made repairs to my A/C at least 3 times with in the past 3 years, and replaced the duct work within my home. Professional service I called on Thursday 10/7/21 with noisy condenser unit. The secretary scheduled me for the next day 10/8/21 between 1 & 4. The mechanic arrived promptly at 2:00 pm. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Thank you for your prompt professional service.

Awesome service -highly recommend I just purchased a new home and had Cool Air check the two systems, service them, and clean all the air ducts. Priced extremely well, they were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and clean. I highly recommend them.
