I would like to state that Johnny Mateo was the single reason we got our refinancing. His responsiveness, knowledge, helpfulness, follow through and sheer tenacity in staying on top of our loan is the only reason we closed. I can wholeheartedly recommend Johnny to anyone and I WILL recommend him. We had attempted several alternative financing institutions and upon looking at our situatioi we were told to wait, wait, wait. Johnny rolled up his sleeves and set to work and got the job done.

An acquaintance of mine referred me to Johnny when they heard I was looking for a house. I called and left a message with Johnny and in less than a week he got my pre-approval for a loan. Johnny was phenomenal helping us refinance our house. Johnny’s knowledge of various mortgage products is impressive, he laid out our likely options before the appraisal so we would be prepared no matter where the appraisal came in. Johnny is a true professional, and very speedy in processing our loan. He knew who to contact and how to get things moving in the right direction for my loan. Johnny is one of those rare people that really care about their clients. Johnny Mateo was amazing to work with. He is simply my new mortgage guy! The way he helped my wife and I re-finance was truly a blessing. I highly recommend johnny on anything to do with closing mortgage and refinancing of mortgage because of my experiences from both he was very informative about everything as we went through the whole process and inform us of anything needed asap or anything else. when we was ready to closed out Johnny too was ready to closed out it a very timely manner. thanks Johnny!

Johnny is the best at what he does. He makes the impossible happen! I have personally purchased 2 homes with his help. My loans were not easy since I am self employed, but he somehow got them thorugh. I have also referred him friends, family, and clients. I trust him to take care of them and he always delivers! Johnny is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable and included during the entire process. Johnny is simply............ the BEST!
