I have to start with a HUGE THANKS to Johnny Mateo & his whole TEAM. I was recommended to Johnny by my friend Doris. My first meeting with Johnny was just to find out where I stood or needed to be (Financially). As a first time home buyer I though this wasn't going to work, but it all worked out just fine. Have owned several homes and refinanced most of them. Never has the process been so seamless. Johnny and his team made everything absolutely a breeze, from the gathering of all paperwork to the final signing. We were kept abreast of every move and what was being done all along the process. During my process to achieve our American Dream, we encountered a slew of issues because of my credit and income situation which made me think I was going to need a miracle to pull this through, however, thanks to Johnny, Brian and his team we were able to close on the home of our dreams. I am convinced, had I gone through any local bank or broker in the area, I would still be living in my old rented house rather than my dream home.I gave a five star rating, but if I could, I'd give them a 100 stars!

Hi All! I just wanted to give my praise to Johnny Mateo. It was a life long dream of mine and my husbands to own a home. In the beginning of the process, things were a little nail biting as our credit ratings were not the best.. My husband and I just signed the papers for our closing on our home! Johnny Mateo was wonderful. He answered all of our questions thoroughly (we're first time home buyers, we had A LOT of questions). Johnny was always a phone call away, we never had any problems contacting him and getting the answers we needed! The experience we had was a+++ quick and efficient. Johnny came highly recommended when I decided to refinance. He advised me of the initial steps to get started and provided me with a loan process status. He kept me aware of everything that was happening and was able lock me in with an awesome interest rate. I was amazed that although his office is located in State College, PA, he was determined to meet his client during the closing and came to Philadelphia, PA to be present at the signing of my documents. Johnny was always available to answer questions and very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me updated on the status of my loan. This was my first time buying a home, so he led me through the whole loan process step by step. My job was easy because he told me exactly what I needed to do and when.
