I would highly recommend Johnny Mateo to anyone looking to buy or refinance their current mortgage. We had already obtained most of our bids when we went to Johnny about refinancing our current mortgage. He worked very quickly knowing that we wanted to start the project "yesterday" and the contractors wanted their downpayments to secure start dates. Johnny was very thorough in the process and could not ask for better communication on our status in the process!
Johnny was on top of everything through the whole process. He always kept me in the loop with what was going on with my loan and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely use him again.
