In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. The food is amazing. Chicken scramble was amazing.
We ate at this dinner twice while we were on vacation this summer. Penny Morell was our waitress each time, she was superb! Great food and great service! We will be back again!

Love the food! you get a lot for the $$$ mostly go there for breakfast but have eaten lunch items. Will have to try dinner some time. Good place to check out if your in Idaho Falls

Amazing food and great service. Our waitress Tara made it such a great experience! Had a postive attitude the entire time we were there even though she seemed to be running her head off! Definitly going back and asking for her again!
